Who we are

Fenice Health is a trading name of LITO CASE B.V., Sassenheimstraat 33-1, 1059 BB Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KVK 84732865). LITO CASE B.V. is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@fenice.health.

What we collect and why

Inquiries: when you email us or use our inquiry form, we use your name, email, company, role and message to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests.

Guides and newsletter: when you subscribe at guides.fenice.health, we use your email address to send you the free PDF and our weekly guides. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Programs and invoices: when you or your employer buy a program, we keep the billing details needed to invoice and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.

We don’t ask for personal health information on this website. Please don’t send it to us.

Who processes it

Our website host (Netlify), our email provider (Google Workspace), our newsletter platform (beehiiv) and our payment provider (Stripe). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Billing records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
